5 Account Registration

When registering an account with cylbet8, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. cylbet8 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time if it is determined that the information provided during registration was false, incomplete, or misleading.

Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your Account — is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing login credentials with family members, friends, or any third party. Any wager placed or transaction conducted via a shared Account will be the sole responsibility of the registered account holder.

6 Identity Verification (KYC)

cylbet8 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by our compliance team as part of routine or risk-based account review.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

7 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your cylbet8 Account must be made using payment methods officially supported by the Platform. Accepted payment methods for Malaysian players include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed transaction receipt. cylbet8 does not charge deposit fees from the platform side; however, network or gateway fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

8 Withdrawals

9 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

10 Wagering & Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the cylbet8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.). General wagering rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement, except where the Platform provides an explicit "cash out" or "edit bet" function.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game session, cylbet8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cylbet8 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to place wagers;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider information exploitation in relation to sports betting markets;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cylbet8 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Charging back a legitimate deposit via your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with cylbet8 support.

12 Responsible Gambling

15 Account Suspension & Closure

cylbet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's financial institution;
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same Player;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 11.

Upon account closure due to a Terms violation, cylbet8 reserves the right to withold all bonus balances and any winings derived from bonus funds. Real money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements or investigations may be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting cylbet8 support via live chat at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

16 Amendments to These Terms
